We were referred to Bill Wills of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage by
my brother, a Coldwell Banker agent in Denver Colorado. From the moment I
met Bill, I had confidence in his ability to bring our search for a new home
in Atlanta to a successful conclusion. There was something in the way he
listened. Yes, "listened".
When I left after our first meeting, I felt as though he understood what we
were looking for and my sense was confirmed over the next week as he began directing information on homes to us that he thought fit our needs. I
wasn't able to get back to Atlanta to begin looking at the homes he'd
identified until the following weekend and, unfortunately, Bill was unable
to accompany me. However, his partner, Betty Hudgins, met me and we
proceeded to tour in excess of a dozen homes on that Saturday.
I'll have to say that not a one of the places we looked at failed to meet
our needs in nearly every way. However, one stood out and within a few
days, we'd signed a contract.
With the help of Coldwell Banker Mortgage, on November 30 we closed on the home I first looked at on November 11. It was all we could do to keep up!
Many groups refer to themselves as "teams". However, working with Bill and
Betty was truly an experience. Their interaction was seamless and what we
told one the other seemed to magically know. And they truly looked our
after our interests as the buyers.
You can't go wrong, using Betty Hudgins as your realtor. Through the years I have bought/sold multiple homes. Each time I changed agents because I was dissatisfied. Then I met Betty. She has been my realtor now for six years and is currently working on my fourth real estate venture. I know I can always count on her day or night. If she doesn't know an answer to a question she says "I'd don't know, but I'll find out". She's extremely patient and wants her clients to be completely satisfied.
Most importantly, Betty cares about people. I consider her to be much more than my realtor. She's a personal friend.
My experience with Bill Wills of Coldwell Banker Atlanta was nothing short of spectacular. I was provided will Bill’s services via my corporate relocation company as I made a move from Washington, DC to Atlanta. As you can imagine it can be a challenge to locate a new home in a city which you are completely unfamiliar and hundreds of miles away. Bill not only helped me locate my ideal residence but the intangibles that Bill possesses, along with his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure all of my needs were met coupled with the fact that all business was conducted in my best interest is what solidified this experience. Regardless of the time of day or the nature of my request, Bill did all that was in his power to facilitate my contentment. I truly feel that Bill’s commitment to his customers and their satisfaction puts him in the upper echelon of his peers.

Having Bill Wills as my realtor was a very good experience for me. I had moved out of state and my house had been vacant and on the market for one year. In June 2007 a good friend in Atlanta referred me to Bill. From the very first conversation I felt that Bill was very confident, capable, knowledgable and vigorous. Bill went through the house and brought up some very constructive ideas about pricing strategy and developed an improvement plan. Then within one week he made some changes to the house that brought it back to life again. Because of his knowledge of the real estate market and hard work, my house was successfully sold and closed within two months.
I am really appreciative of Bill's good work and will definitely refer him to anyone who is looking to sell a home in Atlanta.
Bill is the best realtor we've worked with. I think the best thing about him is that he doesn't push - he lets you take as much time as you need to make your decisions.
He is very easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. If I ever have the opportunity to pass his name on I will.
